Celtic receive second bid to sign loanee winger
This could take a while

Last summer, after six months at Olympiacos, Celtic winger Luis Palma joined Polish top flight side Lech Poznan on a season long loan.
The 26-year old has somewhat been a bit part player this season, starting just 16 times in the league, but he has made some significant contributions, scoring eight times and providing five assists on top of that.
Despite failing to win over half of their games, Lech Poznan are on the brink of securing the Ekstraklasa title, needing just one win from their final two games to do so.
According to Honduran journalist, Alvaro De La Rocha, the Polish side have submitted their second offer to Celtic for Palma. He states that the first offer was for 1.5 million Euros, and was rejected. The second offer is now up to 2.3 million Euros, with no official response from the club yet.
To finish off, he mentions that the option to buy with the loan is 4 million Euros, but Lech Ponzan cannot close the deal at that price. Therefore, they will try to bargain with Celtic.
Maybe an unpopular opinion, but for the sake of a small amount of money, you may as well keep him. During his 18 months at Celtic Park, his numbers were not too bad considering a lack of regular game time.
